What Arcteryx hoody are you wearing? It looks really nice.
Beautiful location as always! Great core and balance workout. The ankle strap actually attaches to the back of the board by the inflater. Then you don’t have the coil between your feet. Looking forward to your next video – they are always well done.
Paddle board is really nice on rest days, you can also stand on your knees if you are tired or if its windy or choppy. The inflatable versions are easy to just take along on weekend trips aswell.
Welcome to Deep Cove! One technique tip for you both: When paddling, keep both elbows straight and hands stacked, as close to vertically aligned as possible. That will give you a more efficient and powerful stroke.
PS: Quarry Rock is accessible and has no big obstacles as of last week.

Too funny! Everytime I watch SUP board reviews I hope the reviewers will test somewhere comparable to conditions in The Cove as that’s where I’ll mostly paddle. I was surprised to see that’s exactly where you went! Thanks for the review!
