I’m from New Zealand,I’ve been to Parker a couple of times, I love it .
I would think about paying for this place so long it is worth it, I normally stay in the best western in town, which does add up to a bit, for us, I would only be there at night and in the morning for a shower etc and gone, it would be a place to call home for a couple of weeks,
I normally stay there around October,
Do you charge by the week or day and what would that cost me

That’s Mike Mack’s old spot. Learned how to ski by him when it was his ski school years ago. We had a house half mile down river next to the free launch since 93’ (sold it and bulldozed it due to major foundation issues) and just moved to a new spot by the Dam. That’s probably one of the best areas on the river
